The Three Horseshoes Walk is undergoing a dramatic transformation with new branding, soft landscaping and furniture, a website and it also has a Facebook page after being bought by the UK’s third largest shopping centre owner NewRiver Retail.
Shopping centre manager Peter Ruscoe says there are exciting times ahead.
“We have already freshened and brightened up the mall with extensive deep cleaning, painting the entrances and columns and repairing and installing improved lighting.
The centre’s re-branding will include a new logo and new signage and Peter plans to organise more events for children and families throughout the year, details of which will be promoted on the new website and on social media.
Stuart Mitchell, associate director at NewRiver Retail said: "We are delighted to have acquired Three Horseshoes Walk, marking our first investment into Warminster. The centre possesses a great deal of potential yet untapped and as very active asset managers we are excited to unlock that potential for the centre and the local community. We have started a number of initiatives already, creating an improved retail destination and community hub for shoppers."
NewRiver has considerable experience in shopping centre ownership with 24 shopping centres, 18 high street assets, a supermarket and a portfolio of 202 public houses suitable for conversion to alternative uses.
